does anyone know where you can get a new bonnet lock bar from if they make them that is or does anyone have a wrecked round nose mini with a good bonet lock bar any help would be great.

the part that the bonnet locks down onto
i've got one on my car at the moment but its all smashed up how would you make one out of tube steel they have a bend in them.

the actuall bar that the locking mechanism bolts into the part thats attached to the body of the car

you wont be able to by that seperatly, as it is not a seperate panel.

I friend of mine recently cut one out of another car and welded it in, you would never know the difference. Off to the wreckers for you.
