have to addmitt this but, my cousin is a coppa, and she says 80% of cops only pull over a car if they have a fart cannon, big flashy wheels, or being a dickhead,

reason is because its someone who thinks they are top dog and the coppa is going to strip them of their pride, if you have something beautifully reastored, or your not being a dickhead, then i would say you would be extreamly unlucky to even have a question from a coppa,

buztoy is right on the mark the tint i got is one over the legal limit my dad even has it on his bombadore do you think they are gonna pull over a commondore coz of its tint like buztoy said if you get pulled over being a dick head yea they'll defect ya but other wise pretty unlucky to get done,,

as for scratches yea i have a few but nothing to major to worry about,,

girlfriend got hers done at same time she got charged 295 me 250 then he goes geeze you got a bargan the mini ended up being harder to tint....

yea im happy with it have to get used to it but pretty dark at night

Hey, I wasn't having a go, merely asking as to why, currently my falcon and my gf's daihatsu are both illegal, the daihatsu you can't tell though as the glass is crystal clear as standard, so it takes some really dark tint to get it really dark. My falcon however is 28/28/18, so technically illegal (front doors must be 35% or more).

My boss has heard of several people in town (A town of 12000) having been defected by the boys in blue for tint.

i missred the post above and got me thinking can you get different coloured tints, eg a silver colour

you can get a sliver/mirror type tint (well I have seen it on japansese imports). Dunno if they are sold on Oz though. Probably not.
