I tried to find the materail early last year with no luck, but i recently heard that link automotive (i think) in melbourne had the materail remade, so you could try them.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

You could try VH SL/E cloth - was almost the same. Or Daley's Motor Trimming Supplies, or Nolan Warehouses, or Winner Products.

We deal with all of the above trim suppliers for my work - seem to come up with something most of the time

I think you could be right. Link's 1275 LS supercharged beast has retrimmed front seats with nice bolsters done in the original (or what looks like it) brown material.

I also remember Mini Spare Center in Padstowe had a pair of front seat trims which looked to be NOS in the black and red. This was about a year ago but I reckon it's worth giving them a call. They'll post to Melb at fair rates too. Ask for John Smidt when you call. He's hard to get hold of but it's worth the trouble as he has put away "a little bit" of mini NOS.

I'd be interested in finding out where and how to get the same cloth used by the factory or close to it, as mine are also starting to wear. I'll try also the places mentioned,. I have to work on interior as my engine is and will be up to scratch as soon as I do my clutch.

My interior is now the only thing on/in the car thats letting her down so to speak, although in fairly good nick. Thanks for starting this post saved me the trouble of doing it , lol.
