I personally don't care about my car. BUT all rights are of the photographer NOT the owner. That's how it works. Next big mini show, take tons of pics and sell those then it's 100% legal. So saying, "you can't post pics of my car" is rubbish, unless they took them, then you can't it's illegal and immoral. I have storage on my computer of a few hours of various SA motorsport short videos i've filmed over time. Sometime in the future i'm gonna DVD them all up and give people something to remember. Basically, yes you've said sorry. I forgive you, even tho you didn't offend me in anyway, I reckon everyone should get over this and move on and you should forget the idea and keep your mini pics for personal use. My 10 cents worths....

Dont start throwing around what is legal and what is not unless you are sure of the law.

If you download ANY picture from the internet without permission, ou are breaching copyright laws right away.
If you then try to sell it, you are breaking further laws.

If you take the pictures at an event and try to sell them, there are yet ANOTHER set of laws involved.

Its not as simple as 'you take them you own them" if you believe that, you are very foolish.

I also want to know whats on the CD.
Also, I am really getting sick of this guy saying 'build a bridge and get over it' because its immature and childish... it actually really ticks me off. Saying 'I am over it, so you should be' is stupid... you were over it before anything began!

ADSMINI, you do NOT have the right to sell pictures you have illegally acquired, no matter how sorry you are... (I dont believe you are sorry at all by the way!)
