hey all, what wheels did a cooper s have from standard??

im thinkin of painting them a red/maroon colour with chrome hub caps

so if anyone has some schmick hubcaps pm me 8)

Cooper S had a steel 4.5 " wide rim with 9 holes drilled around the center , originally painted silver birch . Very early ones had 3.5" wide but I doubt they were out here (anyone ???) . Have a look at any cooper s photo's with steel wheels and see if fthey have them with holes around the center and you'll see what they were .

P.S. For good hubcaps buy them new from mini spares in UK. Got mine landed for about $40 each, was quoted over $100 each to buy from local distributor!

Get the chrome ones not the stainless!
