Our 77 van has what looks like aftermarket windows, they are a good 1" smaller than the usual size. :?
I'm putting proper size glass in it, but I'll reinforce the sides befoe we paint it.

Yeah I found that out about my 850 van too.

I gott some glass out of another van. Didn't check to see that it was bigger than the orginal glass.

Cutting the body to make the aperture bigger was not an option as the car was nearly finished and I had also treated it with POR-15.

Had a new set of glass made & fitted for about $300.
