I am attempting to wire in a set of air horns with relay but am having a brain fart with the wiring. I have the clubman style indicator with horn push switch on the end and from what I understand, the push switch only completes the earth to connect the circuit. Can anyone help me with directions for the wiring in of the relay and connection to the push horn? :? :? :?

I will get howled down but you dont really need the relay for the air horns unless they are FIAMM air horns. And then only because it brings out the italian in everyone so they drive with one hand on the horn button and the over arm out the window gesticulating widely.

Just connect them in as per the standard horn and then see how they go. If they seem to draw excess current and dim lights etc then its a simple matter to do a bit of fancy wiring to plumb in the relay.

Not the answer you wanted but I now have three cars with airs and none have a relay.

Thanks Mike, they are FIAAM horns but in a second of intelligence, I managed to work it out only to find the compressor is cactus! Back to the drawing board
