Unless they are made in the UK.
You should be able to get the certification from the importer or the manufacturer though , along with the assurance that they are actually designed and manufactured for cars on the road and not quad bikes or golf buggy's .
Yes, I was just pointing out that my Miniator's aren't Aussie standards, so technically not actually legal. However, I asked many questions whilst I was getting my car roadworthy'd and certified to have a 1275. One about wheels and they said (this is just what they said, not relating to any rulkes jsut from thier mouths

) they would accept Euro and UK standards on most stuff. I passed through with my Cheviot 'jelly-beans', now I don't think they have any markings what so ever. And m,y over Performance 12x5 'hot wires' don't say too much on them appart from size and manufacture, but I think they are very old wheels.
Personally I wouldn't worry too much about legalities, and more on what the purpose of those wheels are. Old Cosmics, Dunlops or even Contessas which look great wouldn't have any markings on them, but would be road legal, because they are designed for that purpose (although the feds might take a different opinion).
I know a trailer place that sells some nice alloy wheels in Mini PCD, but I wouldn't touch them mostly becasue they say, clearly 'Trialer Use Only'.
