I was interested in this item but at the starting bid of $39.95 I thought that's a bit rich as they are $28 at Karcraft. Some people have more money than car

Happens a lot. People just don't check price or availability.

BTW.. and for example, is a NOS Cooper/Deluxe rear gearbox (remote) mount, still in its Mackay Rubber box (~1970) with p/no, worth any more than a brand new mount from Karcraft?

Maybe I should eBay it and watch the feeding frenzy??

try doing a rebuild on a old merc motor then tell me how stupid people are mate told me what it was going to cost to rebuild a merc motor for a old dear who loved it when told the price of parts alone she near had a heart attackclose to 7000 just for the parts with out bore head work or any other machining

Anonymous moderation means the agro that is built up towards the mods isn't aimed at an individual (fewer "Makk" attacks). Less stress for mods means less moderator "retirements".
