The owners weren't members as far as I know but the car was spotted by Gaf almost a year ago (I think , more than 6 months ago anyway) and by someone else almost 2 years ago .

I think its is somebody that is informed, somebody that has a ready market and not somebody from the mini community.

That being said this isnt limited to minis - cassics are on the hit list at the moment with the majority of classics having a significant increase in theft.

Whilst I think prevention is the best option - the most important thing is to make suer its comprehensively insured.

Shame though

Makes you want to to bring back the death penalty to these bastards!
