hey guys
just a question about the posibility of removing the rear bins and front half of the seat panel. is it legal or do i need to get it strengthened and engineered?
if this is done i will have to get it registered as a 2 seater can this also be done?(cant put anyone in the back anyway is rubs out).
cheers matt

the correct answer is 'yes'... you'd need to get it checked by an engineer...

just about every bit of metal in a mini gives some structural strength, I've seen first hand how much rigidity the rear seat base gives in an accident
