Does anyone know if the rover mini's have intermitent wipers
or are just the 2 speed

They are two speed and if you push the lever down they will also wipe once.

there is a kit you can buy from mini sport and also a kit from dick smith, the smithies one isn't designed for wipers specifically but you can change it to allow the current to go through every few seconds to evry hour or so,

i was going to put one on my rotor to controll the fan and the water pump,
