Easy to find, most brake places will be able to source them as they were so ubiquitous in Oz built cars.

That one you have was done in '97. The kit was available off the shelf from a brake place while flooded in at Batchelor NT (of all the goddamned places you would want to rebuild a brake booster ;) )
