 Post subject: window jets

does any body know about window washer jets, they are fairly new and i have tried putting water in the bottle, u can hear the pump working but no water is coming out....???

You could try pulling off the hose from the pump and see if the pump is actually pumping water through. If so, re-attach hose and move on the next part to see if there is a blockage (ie. washer jer, T piece or whatever is next in line)

If it hasn't been used in a while, is it the sort of pump that needs to be primed? I haven't looked closely at mine, as I haven't had the need for it yet, but your post reminded me of a stupid manual fuel pump I felt the need to hurl obscenities at the other day.

Perhaps using an eyedropper or syringe to force water down the tube until it reaches the pump device may help?

Just a random thought, hope it might be of assistance!
