Front or rear?

Front has a little spring and a roll pin in it, however it is not an easy thing to replace as they go in from one side only - making it difficult to drift it out.

In saying that, Morris 1100 (etc) have different quarter windows to Minis so the lever may be different.

If you are talking about the front quarter vents, there is a 3/8" nut on the bottom pivot that can be tightened to take up the slack and tension the flat washers that are there for this purpose. This will then give you the tension needed to keep the windows open.
