MInicraft in Bayswater has them for about $65 i think it was. i enquired about getting one last month. ALSO are u going to take ur mini over the pits? i need to take mine over too... do you have any helpful information???

Thanks BeanMe, yes I intend to take it over the pits ASAP. I went and talked to the local licensing guys recently (pits) and the only helpful advice I can tell you is they will allow the Emission Control to be NOT working and they will put that down as "unavailability of parts". (78 clubman came out with Emission Control)

He did say that the demister needs to be working, hence heater overhaul.

This though is not in Perth, down here in the country they use local businesses (usually automotive workshops) to operate as licensing centres or "pits". A police run "pits" may not be quite so easy. I dont know. Thanks for that info, I've just Emailed Karcraft to see if they have them and a price, will hopefully sort one this week ;)

Replacement heater control taps (cable operated) are available from Repco for $51.
