Was driving down to the shops today and saw a very yellow round nose in a garage around the corner from my place. On the way home I stopped and introduced myself. They had just bought the Mini (their first) from Brunswick heads area I believe. Have been admirers of Minis for some time, and finally got one.

I told them about Ausmini (which they had looked at already) and advised strongly that they should join up. Have also offered my services if they need advice, where to get bits etc.

I was p'd off about having to go out during Bathurst, but all angst was alleviated due to finding fellow Mini enthusiasts locally.

Just as well I checked this thread before posting a spotted , does it hve something in largeish letters on the rear windscreen (The Beast or something siminlar size ?) ? Spotted it on a trailer driving south through Coff's Saturday afternoon .
