I don't see why it shouldnt, they do the same things. you would just need to wire up all the stuff, and it should work like any switch should.

I need a new one, my mechanic said a new one retails for about $100 (!!!) so i suppose a decent second hand one would be about 50 bucks??? i dont know, just spectulation

There was a post about this a bit earler, there are two different types of connectors one with one more wire than the other. Using a small screwdriver you can pop out all the brass connectors and put them in the appropriate plug (look at a wiring diagram).

The additional wire is for a flash / dimmer for your headlights and will work if you connect it to 12 volt power.

The original thread is at:

The indicator stalks as far as I know aren't cheap last time I checked it was $90 -100 for a second hand one but I dare say they might have been trying to rip me off. :x

clubman blinker stalks will fit on the column , but you will have to cut some wires( you cant swap plugs as there is no earlier plug) also later clubman arms used spade terminals where as mk1 arms used bullet connectors.
