my custom dash.. yeh or nah tell me whet you think.

it has fuel level, oil pressure and water temp gauges to go in the centre dark blue bit, as well as a digital dash for speed and tach. which is a trail tech vapor

and yes it was dark and rainy!!

nah no glove box i wanna keep it simple. but the rest of the interior will be painted. that's basicly a pre fit before mounting it properly to make sure it looks nice.

hi leema, how did you go with this? I just stumbled upon the trailtech vapour via a singapore bike forum... looks the goods, and for $200 seems to be good value!

are the tacho's on these switchable for 4cyl engines? can you set the rolling circumference small enough for mini wheels? is it accurate? is the backlighting decent?

sorry about all the q's

On that listing it's for a quad bike, so after a quicl ook at one of the quad bikes mentioned i'm thinking the wheels are going to be around the same size ish o/d as a mini.

Hi , If you are interested I have a set of Gauges for sale they are out of a SUNBEAM Alpine. "JAEGER" INSTRUMENT SET, Speedo 120 Mph, Tacho 8000 rpm, Fuel, Oil and Water Temp. Very similar to Smiths. yep I've done some more research, and you can adjust the wheel sizes on the computer. The tacho pickup is inductive loop around #1 spark plug lead, but you can also hook it up directly to the coil with a resistor.

It also has water temp alarms, and I think red-line alarms (not too sure on that one though)..

will be picking one up when the stimulus package comes through!
