How is this for BMC quality control. This is what I found inside a engine block that I stripped down for a twincam conversion. The sand core that was left in block around the rear of No. 4 cylinder. I wonder if this engine had a cooling problem

I've just done a rebuild on a Clubby GT engine and found the very same stuff. Owner said it wasn't overheating :shock:

I had a conrod that was 15g heavier than all the others.
