It's a bit cheaper than I thought I paid at 15.54 per meter.
I think 1.5 meters would be more than enough with a decimeter or two left over, but I always tend to round up and leave myself with a sample...

The description as stated on the invoice is:
200020050 DUCT MULTIFLEX PVC BLACK 1-1/4 (32MM) $15.54/METER

Being a wholesaler the GSt is probably added at the bottom of the invoice, which would make it $17.09 - so maybe your memory isn't that bad after all

If you're looking at the bottom line when fixing minis, I find you only tend to scare yourself....

If it is the smaller ducting for up to the windscreen vents, it has been mentioned on here before that a vacuum cleaner hose fits the bill. i have used it myself for years. The hose at the time cost around $12 from Godfreys and is long enough for you to be able to supply the two ducts required for three cars. As for the intake air duct, I found a supplier of all different size ducting that carried one close enough to get me out of trouble.

I've had some success with some stuff made by Autotechnica - http://www.autotecnica.com.au/catalog.html, (page 50). Bought from Autobarn for under $30, and is just right. Described as 76mm air intake silicone pipe, 1m long. Black, blue, red or "chrome"(!). Concertinas nicely, bends if you want it to, and rebounds in an instant if you want it to. I also noticed some 40mm ducting in Supercheap for the demisters. Looked like nice stuff, and the price seemed quite okay.
Hope this helps, and well done to the "new inventors" for installing fans in the intake. Clever indeed!

Matt

Definately is a dodgy name lol, and they are even online :D

Click for Purple Pig

On their pricing page the 83mm duct is as following...

200020120 - Duct Multiflex PVC Black 3 1/4 83mm @ $28.00 per metre

Is that the stuff you got 1962truck? if so what is it like, and are you able to take a pic of it and put up?
