Chris Z kindly delivered the tyres today. what a bargain! Brand new 145x80x10 Falkens - $50 each. Nice looking tyres too!

Chris gave me a drive in Vivian. She goes pretty damn well for a 998. I was very impressed. :D

my pleasure, she went really well out to the country
(aka castle hill) no probs didnt get hot and it was a stinker of a day!!!

(i just wanted to bump this post up so everyone reads that

haha, not like putt putt then! i guess a bigger exhaust will have to go on, so i can compete with chris in the motorkhana's. hang on a minute i beat bob in his 1275! sorry bob, but it had to be said, again, and again and again!

Aaron, does Putt Putt have pollution gear? Vivian doesn't....maybe that's the difference. Viv goes a tad better than Putt Putt mate..... :cry:

no polution gear other than the charcol cannister. it is going to get a different exhasut and get tuned soon. it'll make it run a little better. I wouldn't be surprised if vivian has had a few mods in her life....

Vivian's motor is not standard. It's been out for a paint, so that might mean a reco / mods at the same time.

It gives hope for all 998's out there! :lol:
