steering coloum lenght
was asked about a spare coloum recently...is the only practical difference between roundie and clubby the length, and how does 1100 measure up in comparison?? any clues
I noted that the 1100 has a carpet protector flange (for want of a better description) which seems a good idea

The Mk1 columns had a centre horn push, so had something different in the top of the column.... Haven't yet stripped mine out so I can't be much more help.

Oh, if anyone knows HOW to pull a column and rack out of a (hydro 68) mini the easy way (as in not the workshop manual 'remove engine and subframe way') i'd love to hear it!

... hands thread back....

Matt

i think the easiest way to remove the rack is to undo the back two subframe mounts and allow the engine to rock down so that u can remove it, its not as bad as it sounds.
