Measured the offset of my new wheels so I can have a better look at which flares would be most suitable.

Motor is out, so i cleaned up the engine bay. Replaced Diff side cover oil seal and gasket. Stood in the shed looking at the engine and wondered how it makes my head hurt, then realised it might be this stinkin flu i got.
Had a chat about the work i have done and came to the conclusion that i will do it again. All learning curves and hoping for some straights.

Removed the engine from my Cooper S.
Fixed the headlights on one of the fleet by repairing the headlight dipper switch and fitted relays to the headlights.. All good now. then checked over the rest of the car and found the points had closed, so opened them up and then had to adjust the timing and then found the blake lights not working so had to pinch the brake light switch from the Cooper S. :(

pulled the dash and the windscreen wipers out trying to get them to work regularly no fun driving down the freeway in the rain and not being able to see where you are going.

cleaned up and primed some brackets at work, dreamt on what the finished grunt will look like upon completion....smiled.....then woke up, divided the finished dream product by two, and realised I will probably have a normal looking mini!

Adjusted the tappets then went for a blast. Goes well with a lumpy cam and tuned properly. Just got to avoid spending money on it so i can spend money on the new project.
