Just picked up my Hella H4 Conversion Kit for $140 brand new.
These are to replace my pov pack sealed beam bastards.

Can anyone give me some directions as to fitting these,
as well as wiring in a relay for the headlights.
It came with a wiring diagram, but it isnt the best.
Some colours and more detail would be very appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation.

HUUUUUUUUGE willy. :)

Thats exactly right.

The globes are 55/100W, which means 55W on standard, 100W on high beam.
The sealed beam are supposedly 40W standard, 50W high beam
Shocking!

They appear to be the same.
But they say always use a relay in the circuit.
I just don't know where.

If you are going to use 55/60 watt globes you do not need to use a relay, just screw them in, out of curiousity why did'nt you go to a wrecker & pull the out of a kingswood, or jappo car, as long as they are 7 inch they will fit, last pair i got were almost new from the wreckers $10 the pair.
