the engine mount in my clubby is always falling off its the one next to the radiator. i tried putting a screw with a bolt at the end but it just falls off. What do i need to get to fix it, i have the rubber in the end of the mount but the metal piece on the inside is missing?

you will need to get yourself a new one $7 (for a roundy) from MG spares in Smithfield,
or about twice that around other places.

you will need the five bolts, three nuts and three washers with that

righto thats called an engine steady bar (i believe)
and its supposed to have four round rubbers (two on each end) with a metal sleeve on the inside (as you have stated!)
i just went to the local hardware store with the rubbers (about $2 each)
and they picked out a fat bolt and nut (with a washer)
so i wouldnt need the metal sleeve

i had to enlargen the holes in the brackets with a drill though

not sure if this is good enough
