its about 3.5" from face to face & is marked with "Warneford"

NO, its a "intermeadiate" manifold. Can be used without modifying the firewall.

I think it's the same as the Redline manifolds, it's just want you want without firewall mods.

If you have a look in my post halfway down the page in this thread there is a photo of the swan neck manifold , you'll see it's a lot tighter bends than the one you have .

The original one is a Warneford, but it is similar to the Redline 3005.

Redline bought the Warneford patterns when they closed down. Redline 3005 is the same manifold exactly.
