Whoever the successful bidder is, I hope they will be kind enough to let me have a copy for my records and to correct any possible mistakes on my history of the Sports 850 that I did in TME.

Whoever boughtt that 850 Sport leaflet did well. He paid good money for a good thing. He is now the owner of something that not many people have. Now Watto will have to pay a fee to get info from it ! Probably worth it too.

I hate to disappoint the new owner of the leaflet, but I don't pay to get information.

If you think about the many hundreds of brochures, newspaper articles, drivers' handbooks, period magazines, etc that I have copies of for research and/or have reproduced in TME, there is no way I could afford to pay to accumulate this information.

I rely very heavily on the generosity and simple enthusiasm for the Mini from our readers to get much of this information. For this I am eternally grateful.

I do sometimes buy copies of old magazines, partly for my own collection and partly for the research value, but at least then I have the item in my possession rather than just a scan or photocopy of it.

TME is produced on a shoe-string budget and I appreciate the support and assistance from many of our readers with researching all the Min models and the Mini's history.
