how legal is this conversion from hydrolastic to coilovers in queensland on 1971 mini clubman , or does it require a mod plate . thanks

Keep the hydro, much better ride and you will be keeping a relatively uncommon car original.
But, ........... if you do make the change and want to part with the hydro just let me know
