While were talking paint codes, does anyone know the paint code for the light green engine paint? I need to get some to touch up my engine.

And if you look on your compliance plate it should say number/Toga White/number, where the numbers stand for paint maker and factory(Its been a while since i read it)

`Cooper S metallic green' from Mini King, about $40 for a 1L tin.

They are pretty close, I think the Mini King one is closer to original. But both good.

The White Knight is actually a slight hammertone finish which is more pronounced out of a spraycan than brush on. I use brush on out of a 1 litre tin for the block but spray painted the smaller bits and pieces - look close and you can tell there is a difference more in 'texture' than colour but still good

I've tried both. White night is a little less minty than Mini Kings paint. It's 35 bucks I think for 500 ml, and about half of that will paint the engine and gearbox. It will take two cans of white night to givew the engine a good coat and touch up at about 10 bucks per can. So the cost isn't vastly different.
