little 10 inch wheels, spotties, black stripes, super dark tinted windows, awesome little polished dash board....

I was in the moke that broke across 4 lanes to park next to you... even took a picture when i parked.

It doesn't sound like Chong's. His has a white roof, is a deluxe, no tinted windows and I think his bonnet stripes are white. Last time I saw his car it didn't have spotties either.
