Does anyone know if the white plastic speedo pods that are in the deluxes are available to buy new. Can't find them anywhere.

AFAIK they are same as the 850, and are NLA new.
Somebody on here was going to try reproducing them in fibreglass? I think.

I did make one out of fibreglass for scooby but it was just a rough job (not painted or anything) because it was going behind the wooden dash. I might try and make a mold up and see if I can reproduce one with a gel coat finish.

I think that the binnacle should be the next plastic bit to get reproduced after the washer bottle/master cylinder/seat belt hooks/fuel pump vent.

Not quite a hint, more of a sharp prod.
Most of the second hand ones are cracked or about to crack. It would be nice to get a good low hours original type for the S. I am sure that a lot of 850 and Deluxe owners would like them too.

I am not into the carbon look. Epoxy resin and soot does nothing for me. 8)

"Misty" ,,, not cloudy,,, it`s "Misty",,, short for "Mystical"

It`s a special illusion i do on purpose cause then when people actually see them in the flesh , they look soooo much better & they simply HAVE to have one
