Well if you are wanting to learn about mini's you have come to the right place because this is where you will learn everything you wanna know with the help of the more experienced ones on the board

What type of mini where you looking at to get for your first mini

- A Roundy
- A Clubby
- or even a van

Give us some input as to what type of mini you are interested i.

Pat

Yeah ive been looking around today it looks like a fountain of knowledge.

I would be getting a round nose i just like the look of them better :P sure clubby's have a better name but i dont go much on the front end

It will probably be a while b4 i can get one though :( end of the year at the earliest

Is anyone able to explain to me how to identify different models? like ive been reading around here and ive got a few mini world magazines and i would like to know the differences in them, for example the mk1-5's etc :?

Oh yeah i like the vans as well:P

Mr. Not Mainlandish guy . Hello, Welcome here and have fun. Good that you arent located in the mainland also. Good, i am a CAMEL. And you/i will have to come to any future meeting that club/things have, when you get a mini, and i shall greet you with a handshake or something
So
See you then

The british cars are different to the australian cars. The British MK3 and later were'nt brought into this country for sale when they were new, only in small numbers.
The differences that will make a difference to you will be the things like engine, stopping, etc, and body style.
