Why don't people do it more frequently?

I want to buy a mini pick up from the UK. Can anybody here provide guidance on the process?

The process is a bastard, cars are expensive one landed and UK cars are generally rust buckets.

As stated above... can get expensive.... post 89 has more restrictions .....
