degreased my engine this arvo and got a bit of water inside via the vent on the rocker cover and had a bit get down the dipstick also any one know the best way to get it out i was just going to drain it then refil but was wondering if this will be enough should i possibly run her up to operating temp then drain her or something this is not something that i usually do :oops:

If its only a small amount take it for a long drive, should burn it off in no time.

take the rocker cover off and look for any water laying around in the lower sections of the head and dry it up with some paper towels.
If you think that there is some in box then jack the LH rear corner up so the drain plug is at the lowest point, let the engine stand for a day and then crack the sump plug and drain off. The water will settle out at the lowest point.
