i remember salivating over KG 5 speeds when i was a teen with a dream of owning a mini....

now i've got one (mini - not the 5 speed) and in my 30's. i just don't think i can convince the CFO of another project....

KG had heaps of troubles with there 5 & 6 speeds, they could never get them right. I spoke with JK often about them, I belive he may have 1 or two unfinished 5 speeds under his bench still.
I built a 1380 with a Jack night 5 speed a few years ago, for a moke. It worked very well.

There is someone here who swears BY his KG 6 speeder, but I know that he's also had plenty of times swearing AT his KG 6 speeder too....

I think all the spare bits have now gone. A mate tried to get hold of them a while back

Apparently.... one person has all the bits enough to build several boxes I spoke to him a few years ago and he said he was going to do it but I haven't seen anything yet.
