That's a real shame Jess, good to hear that you are ok, i did notice the ebay add but didn't even notice the Ausmini sticker, so it didn't click that it was somebodies car from here. I had the same sh!t experience with my 2nd mini (which ironically was the same colour as yours ) a MK1 Cooper S when i was 18, i totalled it into the side of an EH Panel van on my first trip to Sydney.
Luckily i wasn't hurt but it scared the sh!t out of me, i wouldn't go near Sydney for years,hated the place, but you'll be ok, given time you will find another one to fill the void
so when your ready get back on the horse and go again cause once you get the bug you can't get rid of it.

Theyre called accidents cos they are, not deliberates. $hit happens Jess, its just good that your all ok, i feel for you, i really do, my cars are a part of my family and it would gut me if i lost one( except the Surf, shes a bitch and will get what she deserves ). If i had the dosh id buy it for you, fix it, wrap it in a bow and deliver her to you but im not the secret millionaire .

Hi lockie, my pintara accident was over 5 years ago.
Thanks to everyone for the kind words though, it is muchly appreciated to know people care and understand how much it hurts to lose a mini.
Thank you also for the offers of help and the pm's i've received about minis for sale. At the moment i'm doing ok without a car as i get to both of my jobs on a bus/train so i will more than likely wait and buy a little older laser or something next year with some third party ins and start looking around for a mini wnen my finances get a bit more sorted.
