i was heading to work today and some guy decided to not look propperly when doing a right hand turn in front of me and he hit my mini .. waiting to hear back from insurance about it but i beleive its a write off (doesnt look like much thought :/) : :cry:

You could always reshell into a clubby to reverse the trend.

im alright wasnt that bad of a hit.. i find out tommorow whether its a write off or not.. and i beleive i have salvage rights yes..

and yes it was a nice car.. i was just in the process of getting it ready for MATM.. thats not going to happen now..

Just remember it is your car. The other blokes insurance company can't write off a car they don't own. You don't need to involve your insurance company unless the other bloke won't pay up for the damage he has caused.

Don't take the first offer. Play hardball with them.

hes in his early thirties, has 5 kids, (who go to 3 different schools) hes a 1st year apprentice tiler, and has no insurance THANKGOD i have insurance !
