It almost looks identical to a John Cooper Moto Lita wheel but a slightly different style with cut outs rather than holes in the spokes. I am a big fan of the moto lita wheels. Here's mine:

They can be grabbed for a bargain sometimes on ebay as they will fit other (less desired) classic cars. I have a spare 14" one if you are hard pressed to find one.

There was a Paddy Hopkirk steering wheel released about 12 months ago. A limited number produced of only 50. They were about a grand each.

I have as similar one in my deluxe but it seems to be stichted slightly differently to that of Lillees. Might take a photo on the weekend, to show.
