Well its done
It wasnt that hard at all really, the only thing that caused me a little grief was that i hadnt banged through one of the steering rack U bolts completely which was catching for a bit and also i didnt realise the battery cable was held onto the subframe with 2 little cable holders, but once i sorted those out it was an easy lift over, which i did by myself and some body stands. Now im no he-man or anything but a completely stripped mini body isnt the heaviest thing in the world and pivots quite easily on the back wheel if you lift up the front. So now its out and i can remove the back subby and the bodywork can begin.
