SORRY, I know that this has been asked a thousand times, I did trawl through the pages but was un able to find the last link.
I am after the met green met color, I went to the local Bunnings but as mentioned before they only have the forest green in hammer finish.
I also drew a blank with the color codes that were listed.

Someone mentioned that there was a Saab color that was almost identical!

OR a modern color code that I can use here in NZ.

Cheers Paul. :D

Alpine green hammer finish from Bunnings is what I used. They should be able to order it if they don't have it on the shelf.

Hi Paul

The paints etc in Bunnings NZ and Bunnings OZ are different as they are sourced from different suppliers

I lived in both countries, there is way more stuff avaliable in OZ

Try this company

Union Hardware (1998)
236 Riddiford Street
Newtown 6021
(04) 389 3064

They have been around for many years and specalise in Automotive paints.

Cheers

Bernard

Mini King has the various correct engine paint colours available in 1L? tins.
Not sure if this helps- as there may be issues freighting paint to UnZud..

I agree with Doc, Miniking paint is correct colour and very good quality. I'm usually crap at painting but it turned out excellent. (see pic below) Even did it with the engine in the car.

Because it's metallic it's better to spray so I used a prevel unit see http://www.preval.com/shopping/val-pak

If you can work out a way of getting it shipped then that would be the way to go.
