Not a how to but. Wondering on about how many litres of paint and clears would be needed on average for a mini. Maybe 2 for orange 1 for yellow and 1 for clear? dunno lol

I wouldnt mind going a pearly colour that is orange that has yellow highlights when the sun hits it. So basically wanna know. as getting paints prior to sending for paint is cheaper :)

What are you planning on painting it with?
Acrylic, or 2pak?
Are you stripping it right back, or just painting over what you have?

This will affect how much material you need too

Oh and what sort of pearl effect you are after will affect price too, as some are more expensive, and require more materials to be used in applying them. (eg. 3 layer pearls)

So far I have used 1.5 L of primer, 5 L of high fill prmer, just under 1L black for the roof and just over 5L of colour and haven't done the doors yet.

Why have i used so much? It's my first paint job and I put it down to stuffing around, making mistakes like spraying then looking at it and sanding it back then trying again and doing a little bit at a time.
