If you only have the mount at the very back of the car (at the back of the subframe), you will need the piece justminis gave the link to(to attach to the front of the rear subframe), and a mount to attach the LCBs to the gearbox.

The gearbox mount usually comes with the LCBs, and it's usually just a small piece of metal with two holes in it (if it doesn't come with the LCBs, it's pretty simple to make up yourself). Just bend the piece until it's the right shape, and bolt one side to the LCB downpipe, and the other side to the gearbox. Hopefully, the old bolt will still be there from the original exhaust.

This mount stops any bumps at the y-piece from twisting up near where it attaches to the head. Some people don't even use it, but it's there for a reason.
