I just linish .020" off the flat face. I can't turn them on my lathe as they are hardened at the 3 lugs.

Yesterday actually- little dash globes arrived in the mail so added them to the wiring - How do you get those bleeding holders to stay in place? - they are hard to get into the holes in the first place (thought it was due to being new ) but once in they pop out again at the slightest provacation

Ordered some adj tiebars from Minispares for the van...

[edit] I should have bought them here from Karcraft, with Minispares' UPS ripoof freight cost, this would have been cheaper.

I'm getting bits ready for my impending retirement from the fabrication biz. 1 month to go... :P
I've just started doing up the 2 hydro subbies for the van.

Finally fixed the ignition? fuel? WTF? fault in Gafmo's van. It was missing, farting, spitting, etc.
After swapping a coil and new plugs and trying a couple of needles, it turned out that the old Top Gun coil lead had had it. All the plug leads (Bosch) are fine.

Drove around on 3 cylinders. Found loose cable at the distributor. Drove on 4 cylinders. I think I like 4 cylinders better.
