WOW!!

Its surprising how well minis pull up when rolled.

To roll 3 times and the car still have some structural integrity, is pretty well going.

I feel for you mate.

You grow atached to your car and then when it ends like that you become devastated.... I know i was when i crashed mine.

Atleast your ok, and it could have been worse.

Thanks for the pics

Brenton

your not wrong here... That little gem was packed to the brim :)

So sad to see it like this, but hopefully with some help you'll be back on the road soon.

Once your back in Brisbane mate, that offer for a BBQ that we spoke about, is still definitely on

Bit of duct tape and a couple of cable ties good as new :D
Mini's hold together remarkably well in a rollover, (speaking from experience, cough cough). Glad your on the mend and looking ahead to more adventures.

For some reason no one has been able to explain, Drexxle is having problems viewing and logging on to ausmini. He's trying to sort it however he has asked me to post the following;-

Drexxle wrote:
Thanks again for all the well wishes. You need flash 10 installed to see the
gallery.

Alot of people helped with that car, so theres a bit of everyone that helped
left in the desert.

Im trying my hardest to see if i can do something with the van. i still have
a motor :-)

im almost 100% bit of muscle damage. maybe another month. doc said i dodged
a bullet. i feel like i just used my ninth life.

the seat behind the driver was packed to the ceiling. this is what saved my
life. otherwise the roof would have completely caved in.

the initial flip was a 3/4 turn into a 2 1/2. essentially hitting the roof 4
times before crunch it stopped.

im now working hard on two books. a biography of the trip im half way
through. annd a coffee table photo book.

hope to sort this ausmini problem out soon. thanks again eveyone. i am fine.
and im not that attached to the car. im alive. amazingly not a scratch
walking alive.

cheers everybody
