I spotted a really nice Toga White Cooper S whilst I was lost in Richmond...
I was trying to get to East Kurrajong by the slowest route available..

Bit hard to get lost in richmond Mick, there's two main roads in and out of it and a couple of cross-streets :P

I assume you were heading for Bell's line of Road?

There are two roads in and out?

I thought there was only one :P

Well done though Mick, that's quite a feat.
Such a nice suburb richmond..

There's some very picturesque streets there.. Old houses on each side, big tree's that reach over and meet in the middle of very wide streets..

Love it

I thought there was six roads in Richmond?
One to Windsor.
One to Blacktown.
One to Londonderry.
One to Castlereagh
One to Kurrajong.
And one that is a dead end at the back of the turf farms.

Well, I used my amazing powers of photographic memory and stubborn resolve to only look at the map to East Kurrajong once before I left Kings Cross. I did get to see the Bells line of road before I finally admitted defeat and pulled the iPhone out to look at Google Maps again. That took me back through Richmond, on to Windsor and north up the Putty rd.

As far as I can remember:

Rd to Kurrajong
Richmond road/blacktown road
And the road that takes you through Clarendon past the air base

THose are all the roads i've taken in and out
Love richmond though

Mick, that's impressive. You live so far east, yet you were willing to drive out west.
Sydney needs more Easties like you.

Most people in the east think that Glebe is the far west.

Read it again Morris, I said two MAIN roads - meaning Richmond Rd and Windsor Road (past the airbase) although I don't think it is still called Windsor Rd at that point as it is a deviation off Windsor. The true Windsor Rd continues over the river to Wilberforce and eventually becomes the Putty Rd.

Have you forgotten the one to Agnes Banks?
