ok guys having trouble with the rear subframe support pins cant seam to get them to budge are they threaded or or do i just hit them with hammer . Just cant seem to get them out any suggestions please.
They have probably been in there since 1962

depends which ones you're talking about.... the subframes are held at the front with a pair of 1/2" head bolts pointing forwards, and at the rear, a pair of 1/2" head bolts pointing upwards. Undo those, and the subframe drops out

The big pins stay in the subframe

And if the frame is already removed from the car, the rear mounting pins are welded into the frame, the front ones have a nut holding them in hidden behind the trailing arm.
