S'pose it's probably been put on here before but has anyone seen David Bowie's chromed mini? Bet it cost a motsa to do, looks awsome but I don't think I'd really want one. I don't have the picture thing to put one on here (silly idea) but just Google Image it, worth a look.

is that actually chrome plated? ie is the bodywork that awesome that there's not a single blemish? or is it some sort of spray coating?

There is a process that paints the "chrome" on.
I watched the process on one of Jay Lenos Garage videos.
I think it's actually precious metal siver.
Thats why the flares are also chomed
