Just found this company via an add for a screw on ebay. Is it new?

http://www.minimakeovers1275.com/

and here is the ebay ad selling a screw to get the ad on ebay I guess.

There have been a few things from them in the ebay section that i recall from a year or 2 ago and those threads questioned the quality of advertised goods.

I don't personally know anything about them but i remember in particular some engine blocks "reconditioned" and that supercharged mini.

I've seen tons of eBay listings from this guy, and all I have to say is "buyer beware".

I think that listing would definitely breach ebay's listing regulations

Just read that ebay too.....
They now goes on my LIST TO IGNORE. Hate wasting time on "criptic" adds. Same as people selling a bucket of cr%p, with a picture of what a good one looks like!

Grrrrrrrrrrr...........I feel better now!

It looks like a crappy hardware store whitworth screw to me. I hope its not indicative of his workmanship.

Hi, I'm interested in this one of a kind screw. Can you give me the specs on it? What is the RRP?

Actually, if you buy the screw for one cent, thats a win. It would cost him for the listing and the photos, and the postage. It would cost him $3 for you to buy the 1c item.

If nobody buys it, he gets to relist for free.
