What i'm pointing at is the rod that seems to have moved back I reckon hence why it is rubbing at the back of the tyre

yes, you can buy adjustable control arms & tie-bars (the rod you`re pointing at)

& yes you can buy polly bushes for them too

easy-peasy 8)

So i'm wondering if these can be adjusted or do I need to get newer upgraded ones so that my wheels seem to fit? The rubbers will need replacing as the ones on the passenger side is a bit mangled.

Also the car pulls to the left which was why it was gonna go for a wheel alignment once the tyres fitted right but now i'm thinking if it is something more...

Any help guys?

Rich

The bushes (std and uprated) and adjustable components are also available locally:

Karcraft have them too, cheaper than most other shops in Oz..
I bought the adjustable tiebars and bushes in from Minispares, but I could have gone down the road to Kc and bought them cheaper- airfreight or post from the UK sucks! :x

It will solve your castor & tie bar location problem, if that is why it's pulling left.
Also I'd check the rest of the suspension for slackness- balljoints, bottom inner joints, steering arms, tierod ends, rack slack too.

Will I need to buy adjustable control arms & tie-bars or will just the tie-bars sort the pulling problem out?

Adjustable tie bars & their new bushes will fix the castor with adjustment, but if the camber is different on side to the other, you want adjustable bottom bars too.
But if there are other things loose like I said above ^^^ fix that first.

Mine had equal camber both sides and it's a road car, so I just put -1.5° bottom arms on instead of adjustable ones.

Success!! They fit o.k ( had to take a bit out the wings for clearance ) so just need to get a wheel alignment.

Whats a good clearance for these ( I got 4 finger clearance all over )

Where is good for a wheel alignment? Bridgestone near my work said there machine won't fit the wheels or something so I was thinking maybe tyre power?

Now I can put my Minilites up for sale this weekend if anybody is intrested?
